  • Where are you located?
    We are located 7 miles North of Salina in Ottawa county, Kansas.
  • How many acres do you farm?
    Our entire farm is 5 acres, with much of it being wooded. In 2021, we are farming 1/10th of an acre of flowers, but we are always expanding!
  • How do your chickens lay different colored eggs?
    Egg color is generally dependent on the breed of chicken. Our white egg-laying chickens are a breed known as White Leghorns. Our blue and green egg laying gals are a hybrid chicken known commonly as Easter Eggers, and our brown layers include several different breeds such as Orpingtons, Rhode Island Reds, and French Black Copper Marans.
  • What kind of flowers do you grow?
    We are growing over 50 different varieties of flowers this season. This includes, but is not limited to sunflowers, dahlias, celosia, amaranth, green mist, euphorbia, and basil. Many of our flowers are not those that you would typically find in the grocery store. We strive to grow unique, specialty varieties that make strong excellent cut flowers.
  • Can we visit the farm?
    While we would love to share the farm with our customers, the flower production area of our farm is not open to the public for the 2021 season. Please stay tuned for updates for the 2022 season!
  • Do you offer flowers for weddings and other events?
    We may be able to accomodate custom orders. Send us an e-mail for information on do-it- yourself buckets for events! Five gallon buckets of flowers that are currently blooming are offered based on availability.
  • Where do you sell your flowers?
    We currently sell our flowers every Saturday at the Salina Farmer's Market, located at Water's Hardware 460 S. Ohio Street, Salina, KS. Hours are 7:30am-11am, but arrive early to snag your bouqet as flowers are sold quickly. We also bouquets for sale in the form of a flower subscription, as well as occosional sales on social media. Follow our social media pages, this is where we post our extra bouquets and flowers for the week.
  • Do you sell wholesale?
    We do not offer wholesale flowers at this time. However, if you are a florist or event specialist that is interested in our flowers, please send us an e-mail.
  • I am a local small business, how do I carry your flowers in my store?"
    We are always looking to expand our opportunities to collaborate with other small businesses. Please send us your information if you're interested in becoming a pick-up location for or flowers. We also welcome any other ideas for collaboration with our community!
